RE: Does camo work on NPCs.

Says it does in the instructions. But sometimes it didn't. We asked the Devs. They said it wasn't supposed to work on NPCs and if it did it was a bug.

The answer is yes, it works on NPCs, but not all NPCs and not consistently with any.

I have camo'd and in the old days was overt and was skipping around the Imperial Outpost on Talus saying "neener neener" to the troops. No problems and it made a damn funny screenie. Later the same day, still in camo - wallked past some random NPC Imperials and was fired upon.

I did two Village missions using camo and never was aggro'd once. The rescue the villager and the older get the box of stuff from the downed ships on Endor. Like I said, never fired a shot on all those missions. Camo rocked. Try camo when the village is being attacked and you may as well be wearing a large sign that says "I am a Ranger, shoot me". The Sith see right through it.

Seems low level NPCs may be fooled. Higher level NPCs realize that bushes don't walk and aggro you.

We're not talking about the "Active Camoflauge" seen in the Predator films and the video game "Halo"

We're talking about covering ourselves in p!$$ stained leaves
