ReeveConnor: I will conceed one PvP aspect as something that probably should be added in because it only makes sense, and thats Traps being able to work on CH pets and in the case of Trip Wire, against faction personel pets(not 100% on an AT-ST...that would have to be one heck of a Trip Wire). But yes, I do think that it only makes sense that the traps we and scout's have, which work on every other critter, should work against PC critters.

IIRC....

They (the devs) are going to make CH pets vunererable to all traps as if they were wild creatures.

From what I understand, that is what really seperates it from Mask Scent ... in addition to improving upon the ability to hide yourself from creatures.

Third, it requires a component to apply: a camouflage kit.

Does this mean there will be artwork to support it? If so, that would be awesome. A Ghillie Suit of sorts would be cool!

Very nice. Good job Raph and team. Well done Mineras. I'm certainly looking forward to the new skills and the associated gameplay. I'll log some hours on Test Center to help this come along.

One thing - please can we have our former High Tech Field Base structural integrity back? It really isn't worth the best part of 100 resources as a one-shot disposable item. Give it a timer for all I care, but let me leave the camp, hunt and return to it like I once could.

Well, we'll have to see what other camps they plan on adding to the Ranger before we pass full judgement on the High Tech Field Base. The fact that they are restoring the Ranger camps' abilitiy to repell creatures leads me to believe that the main advantage of the High Tech field base now will be that it will repell pretty much all creature types.

This is some sweet new stuff for you guys. Well me too I guess, my build will be master BH with some ranger, and only novice medic (might drop that for more ranger). I've always loved the "ranger" class but the currently implimentation was sorely lacking. Now it has some real viability and fun factor.

Congrats.

OH MY GOD...I'm jumping up and down with joy!

The path is clearer now. I really didn't want to start giving up my ranger skills as I'm nearly a master and I'm pleased to say that I'll be keeping them now.

Thanks for the efforts thus far and I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing all of these things in the near(I hope) future.
