Thread: Have we forgotten about camps being able to repel aggressive creatures?
I dont hear this talked about anymore. I still want my camp to be somewhat defensive in nature, all it can do now is heal wounds. This was talked about all over the manual and strategy guide and it was a issue tha scouts talked about the first month of release. No one talks about improving our camps anymorebecause we got sidetracked with other promised goodies.
I want a camp that can repel aggressive creatures!
i agree. my HTFB has a friggin laser fence, er' i mean light fence. what's up with that? who's paying that electricity bill?
I knew I forgot something.
Yes, camps should repel any agro -- including creatures AND NPCs as far as I'm concearned.
Oh yeah... According to Holo, the problem's being worked on.I guess we have nothing to complain about as such.
'-)
Stop humping the friggin' "laser fence." Why don't you and the "laser" fence get a room?
All I want is a friggin shark with a friggin laser fence on his head...
...is that too much to ask?

i read this thread 4 times and i still don't know what the crapballs you last two morons are talking about.
And you, scout correspondent, go home...
Zeke,
We're just having fun.
And I am home. You miss the "Master Ranger" in my sig there, buddy?

Zeke,
Welcome to the Ranger community. We tend to be respectful here, especially to those who do a lot for us. While he may be the scout correspondant he - seeing as we don't have one - is assisting us as well as he can.
I would hope everyone in this forum, given the Ranger profession - would follow the Ranger stereotype: Respectful, good team players, and **edit** good tippers =). We are the elite. All of us.
btw, sharks with lasers... think of a certain shagadelic spy ![]()

I think the High Tech Field Base dose a good job. It repels most but not ALL which I think is normal.
A good example I have that its effective is; some guy obviously jealous of camp come in camp and says what a lame camp... Group im with are like heh? So anyways this guy leaves with his friend a pets and decides to hit Mynocks on Lok. He did on purpose aggroed the who lair and you see him running into camp with 3-4 Mynocks chasing him. I just told everyone to hold tight and trust the camp. To my surprise the Mynocks just whacked on the 2 idots and pets and completely ignored my group we were about 7-8. The Mynock stayed in camp for a while but didnt seem to see or or mind us even tho its a agressive creature.
One thing I have noticed on Lok is that the NPC in area dont care and will shoot. Which I think is normal.
