Novice Medic man.
I know some go for xxx3 Creature Handler, but overall the ability to heal in the wilderness is key, and if you neeed a tank, you can always call a droid.

Thanks for fast info!
Now for the hard decision if I am to abandon my pets...
Well, what a SP hog this template is: 3 points left over with master rifle, master ranger, novice medic ![]()

Novice Medic + First Aid 1
Or
3 boxes of CH
Or
1 other line of Marksman, usually Ranged Support
So, you have decide if you want healing, a tank, or control-type specials.

If you can, the FS skills are probably your best bet. With just 16 of those points, you can get +20 Ranged Defense, +20 Melee Defense, extra speed, and extra accuracy. They help (speed capped rifleman is extremely nice, the extra defenses keep you from getting hit as much, the accuracy is probably more useful for PvP than PvE). You might want to consider skipping the accuracy and getting the +5 harvesting instead (or just use the last 2 points for accuracy). Lots of fun stuff you can do with FS skills.

Medic - no matter how good you are, sometimes you need to heal.
I do fine w/o it. Having a pet guardian helps a lot.

I'm Master Ranger and Master Rifleman, as shown in my signature I also took First Aid I in Medic. This leaves me with one skill point. So, at some point I intend to get the required badges for the old man to visit me, then I'll get the ranged accuracy force skill box to improve my rifle performance (make my shots count more). Then all 250 points will be used.

Hi,
Am thinking of swapping CH for Ranger
So, with Master Ranger/Master Rifleman there will be 18 skill points left over.
- Novice medic?
- Some marksman?
- FS skills?
- or what?
I am totally PvE, am thinking of letting my small-scale energy business go and making my living on loot/meat contracts only.
Any hints thankfully accepted

I'm curious as to why the CH dabblers use CH 0003 rather than any of the other lines. Is it the additional pet? If so, what pets are you using (as I would have to guess they would be pretty low level)? I would think the guard command (0200) or the Special Attack 1 command (3000) would both be nice to have.

I did Entertainer 0/1/0/0 because I like to be a little different.Strange as it may sound, it's comforting knowing that when I have to go afk, my character has set up a nice camp andisplaying music amidst the sounds of the forest. Now if I can just stopaccidentally trying to/headshot3 with a Slitherhorn.

Nearly half of all the ranged FS skills are bugged or broken. Check the Jedi forums for more info on this. Although apparently the Melee FS skills are working correctly, and might even help ranged professions. Either way, they WILL be good.....it's just not quite right yet.

For me it will be the remaining points in low end jedi force stuff. Luck/Ranged defense and speed.
As for Medic. I use a Stimbot. As long as you are on good terms with a master doctor.
