Nice work! Enjoy!
Keep us posted on how you play AFTER reaching Master since you no longer need to worry about XP.

Thought I stop by and say hello to fellow rangers.
Started the game on May 27th with a trial account as a Scout. Played a bit over a week when I decided to get the full version. Got guilded and received a bunch of wonderful presents from my guild, a starting armor, a small house and a speeder (thanks to my guildies, you are wonderful).
In the beginning I had all the proposed professions suggested in the scout guide (thanks DeltaXi65) and have now ended up with MR, TK 3-3-3-3, Novice Medic, Novice Brawler with just enough points to master TK and a couple left over.
Have been enjoying immensely so far. Only grinded a couple of skill advancements in camps & traps, rest have come from playing normally (whatever that means). Made most of the credits needed to get me this far with the two excellent seasons of Nab Avian and now with the Dant Carni. To me it seems that the only way to getheaps of money as a Rangeris to wait till a certain meat is in season and then harvest it till ones ears bleed. Biggest learning experiences for me has been to find out how useful mask scent/camo, traps and area track are. The most lovable feature ofranger profession to me is however the camps. Especially now that HTFBK, just love it to bits.Biggest hunts for me have been 3 Krayts and 3 Giant Dune Kimogilas, both with guildsmates. Now trying to catch a glimpse of Gorax and Graul Mauler (and then proceed tobeat them to pulp with a little help from my friends
).
The most helpful places for information have been these boards right here, Allakhazam, SWGCraft and SWGCreatures to all of which I bow in respect and send my sincerest thanks.
Planning to stay MR/TK but considering if I should drop Novice Medic in favour of Novice CH.
BR/Tarrks Imp Trandoshan Master Ranger (and proud of it

Congrats dude! Its quite an accomplishment.
Personally I am a Novice Medic and Novice CH with a few skills in both currently. Due to skill point limitations I'm going to have to drop one of the two. I've finally come to the conclusion that CH is more useful to me because of the ability of my pet to tank for me. I'm a rifleman so having a tank is huge because it allows me to attack at range. As a TK, I wouldn't think that CH would be very useful for you. The pets aren't able to inflict much damage on high-level creatures because most of them have high kinetic resists and a pet isn't going to do as much damage as you will. I'm not sure how much being a TK allows you to heal (I need to research that), but from my limited knowledge I would think that Medic would serve you better than CH would. That's just my three cents.

Actually isnt a post like this nice once in a while? We have a new player, on bloodfin im guessing with the Dant carnivore comment, who did the trial and bought the game. And then had good luck with a helpful guild. Learned how to make money. And did the work up to Master Ranger by choice. Sometimes i think us old veterans just get a little bitter, including myself, and forget what it's like to see this game with fresh eyes.
Congrads on your mastering. Heres the tip if you missed in the forums. Throw your sonic pulse first. The rest of the traps seem to stick better afterwards.

Yay! Congrats! Welcome to the wonderful ranger community. Best people around in my book. Also Ahazi has some great people. I believe I've seen you on the ranger channel list as well as the RIN channel.
Glad you're enjoying things.
And again congrats.
