If I am not mistaken they can also be used to clone uber resources from the past.

So whatever prized stock of resources you have and/or worked hard for or any dreams of harvestingsome near-uber resource tomorrow have been ruined.

It's all a wash folks.Resources can now be conterfeited including ones that used to be "rare"

I wonder how armorsmiths would feel if one of the vet rewards was for a free suit of 40% stun 90% base armor.

They are on time use and most crafters deal in multiple 100k stacks of a resource.

I am not worried.

To waste a reward on a 30k stack of anything is just not that intelligent. Its a once and done deal.

Whether or not you think these will hurt your business, it certainly isn't helping.

You want intelligence? Spam the auction channel for these dupe deeds at 2.5 mil .. then clone a resource that was selling for 300 cpu ... then sell it for only 166 cpu and double your money, go buy more resource dupe deeds, do the same thing, etc

It's like bad dream for rangers and also for crafters with resource stashes they thought were special.

As long as these dupe deedsare selling for 3 to 5 mil then nothing you ever harvest will be worth over 166 cpu ... and unless it is the best ever of that type of resource that ever spawned on the server, it will be worth considerably less.

Sorry but this sucks ... some guy posted about how he duped 30k of some ancient uber gas ... YAY .. now all you need to do is stick your unlimited use deed on your lightsaber and you'll never have to buy a lightsaber or resources ever again.

The dupe deeds should not have been put into the game, and they certainly should not be able to dupe old resources (lame). the guy who buys the most resources from me has already auction channel spammed his way to 30 of these deeds.

Everyone like gifts but this has gone too far .. i don't understand ahy more people arent mad like me. I go through crates of rifles while hunting and now i can just stick a deed on my best rifle and never buy them again ... i asked the weaponsmiths why they werent outraged at this and just got 1-starred with no replies.

Anything they put in game rewards wise effects someone. All the models, housing and furniture are completely stepping on archetects toes for example.

The materials will run out eventually and we'll be back to normal. In the meantime you can stockpile and then sell later - if the stuff is of good enough quality it will sell eventually. Or you can try out something else in the interim

Re: decay kits - With the CU coming diversity will be the name of the game (allegedly) so it won't matter if a player can have 1 "invincible weapon" or 1 "invincible armor piece" - they will still need other weapons/armor to counter other professions. Even if a player has bought 10 kits thats 9 other people who will still need to buy weapons and armor on a regular basis. It just doesn't effect anything that much to worry about it (possibly with the exception of the crystal market).

Edit: Actually when you think about it - its quite clever. Its another economy drain. Taking money from those that always make more (i.e. loot hunters) and giving it to those more likely to spread it around by spending it. Along with the better spawns they are hitting the "loot industry" quite hard by making it more avaliable.

I'm not too worried about it TBH. If it means that when the Next Great Avian Spawn(tm) comes along and I don't get asked by my guild Dr to go hunt rasps or nunas or something equally annoying, then I'll be happy and can get back to having fun (maybe I'll even finish the Emperors theme park )

A friend of mine is a Master Bio-Engineer, and that's what she's doing. She was going to find the best Fish Meat to ever hit Lowca, and grab a 30k stack of it.

Same here, Im A Master Ranger and grabbed a 30K stack of really good avian meat. This'll save me four days of hard labor doing it myself. ImREALLY enjoying my little vacation as I catch up on some of the new content I never had a chance to check out. Im releaseing the meat in 1k at a time and breaking them up in 500 unit lots for the Bazzar. This was a great idea.

People are still wanting specific resources on my galaxy trade forums even though there are numerous auctions for 30k stacks. Those 30k stacks are only being used to get uber resourses, but there are still a lot of people who just need specific non uber things and aren't willing to pay millions for a 30k stack of them.

This is the worst thing ever and i say this as a doctor: I use around 50-80k Avian Meat as a big supplier of buffpacks, but as it seems i will never pay a Ranger for any Avian Meat. 30k are hell of alot and it is really easy to find 3-4 people a month that take the cash for their 6 month reward. (There will be always enough new people that break through 6 months of subscription). That said, i will always have enough of the best Avian meat. And to add: To have THE KEYRESOURCE of my profession in endless amountstakes all the fun away, at least for me. I liked the way of dependency, never wasgreedy when a decent meat came into spawnand my Rangers liked the prices i paid - a pure win-win situation. But now i will buy some Herbivore Meat maybe from time to time only, because why should i buy crappy Avian when i get best ever for some millions a kit.

I feel sad with you and can't understand why they hurt the maybe most rare profession. The Kits would be okay, if they wouldnt allow to drop Animal Resources.
