Hi fellow rangers!
What do you think, are there more? Ilike being rare but more than jedi?
Like another player said in the GCW forum... "what have you done to my beloved star wars"

There are definately more jedi than rangers. On my server alonepeople haveestimated 80+ jedi. I'm not sure if their are80 rangers in the entire game.

Definately rarer, i've just started Ranger on Chimera and the trouble ive had finding someone to teach me skills !!
Gonna cost me a fortune paying NPC trainers at this rate !

Ahh I love being a Rare commodity, but I'm afraid we don't hold the rarest spot...has anyone ever seen a squad leader? lol

Would be intereting to get Astromech to drag out some figures on professions...
... but yep, "I remember, back in the day..." a wandering jedi was something to screenshot and comment on. Now? Some starports, you can hardly /tumbletoprone without landing on at least two of them.
I popped in to the cave behind the Jedi Temple Ruins the other night and had to laugh when the NPC there said she was going to have to reveal herself to the Imperial forces soon. Wished I could have told her there were at least three jedi waving their lightsabers about out there, just hacking and slaying their way through the livestock.
OTOH, I have only seen two or three Ranger tags up in the past week.

Squadleaders have us in the rare department but because the GCW is so wishy-washy you probably wont see to many untill after that thing is revamped and the SL profession is revamped.
Watch as our numbers jump some after our revamp...there are those that change to the flavor of the month when a certain profession is revamped just to try the new toys.

I have seen many more sl's than I have rangers. They have at several usefull skills for pvp and base raids. If you ever want to find one, just go to the tusken fort. There is always one or two of them forming groups for leveling.

It is a proven fact. There are thousands of Jedi on each server. There are a couple hundred Rangers across all servers. They have a code of power gaming. We have a code of exploration, service and self-sacrifice for the greater good. They have simply missnamed us. Now, gimme my LS and change thiers to "BFG".

Yes, I do beleive there are more Jedi's than Rangers.... at least in Tempest. (I truly wonder how many members "AR" in Tempest have?)
Last time I saw an SL was in April..... never seen one since.

Of course, there is our comrade and friend Ranger/ Squad Leader.... Nemo0 i think... if memory serves me correctly.

LOL yes!!
I have in a startport with 4 Jedi, never seen some than 2 (1 other in my guild) Master Rangers

from all the information I've had available, on kauri there are over 200 jedi and more or less about a dozen rangers that we've been able to find. Now, I'd say you could add at least a couple dozen dabblers like BHs who have tracking, but still 36 rangers vs 200+ jedi is insane
