Ranger Archive

The new loot system is on Test Center (many NPCs are currently being slaughtered in the quest to test).

This thread lists one Ranger Paks definitely needs for her house. Click on "Tanned Hide."

EDIT: They updated the thread with a Tanned Hide (style 2?) - but I cant link to it because I am at work (darn imagedump). Take a look and tell me if it looks cool!

Yes, it's sad that it's not a Ranger build Item. But anyway better it's in the game and maybe someday we can place some of them on the Veranda of our hunting hut.

Was thinking the same thing. No problem for me since my Alt is an architect, but it would be nice if it were a ranger schematic, maybe requiring high frontiering skill. Nah, that makes too much sense.

Um, no thanks. The last thing I need is to have one of those little terrors in my dang house. Kreetle aura would get all over my stuff and I'd never be able to /mask again!

Seriously since this is on Test Center as loot and we feel its a Ranger/Scout item and not an architect item. It still can be changed and fixed right?

Now someone is gonna have to back me up. But I'm pretty sure the idea for looted and foraged items which resulted in craftable items like "bearskin rugs" "trophies" and the like originated here on the Ranger boards.

When I first read the proposed changes to the Loot System all I got all tingly.

See... even though they may not make their presence known, the Devs have been here!

Honestly.... do we really want it?

I'm all for crafting in the Ranger profession but that's when it comes to traps, camps, herbs, camo kits and other stuff we use.

This item is furniture, it goes in a house. We can't put it in a camp and I can't remember the last time I was in my house.

Let them have it... just make sure it's added as atmosphere to some of our camps

Then, demand something in return. Like trophies, I want a Rasp Trophy damnit! Two!
