So, my main character (Calculus) has completely dropped the Ranger profession to persue other interests. I still have a Master Ranger character, but my time until our revamp will be sent focussing on a more combat related template (I had started to get burnt out on hunting anyway.

wel, i figured that as it got closer to lunch time people would start following the chocolate leezard, following their stomachs instead of their hearts.

oh, my alt hit master tailor over the long weekend, and it's nice to see the dev's sticking it to the hawtpants lovers, since the winged hotpants use 400 units of hide. where does all that hide go? i mean come on, those wings aren't THAT big!!

Must be Calculus' version of Montezuma's Revenge.

Will look forward to your coming back, Calc. Yeah, I know you aren't leaving but it sounded good. Nothing wrong with trying out other aspects of the game. Hope you find something that works for you.

What, you mean we don't have to have master on every single one of our characters?

I guess I can give up my dreams for a Ranger/ID template and settle for something less uber. Pity.

lol so close to stepping over the line of insanity there paks, soooo close. ID/Ranger would indeed qualify for a roomof the paddedvariety.

To be honest unless we do get some attention and tweaks in the combat upgrade, which we will have a much better chance at getting one the server launches, i wont be staying ranger on my main. I simply cant see the pointof gimping my character to that degree when there are so many other more attractivetemplates out there to try.

Im not sure which profession ill try but if things dont change, it wont be ranger (although i will test the helll out of it lol).

Will be very wierd grouping up with all you forum rangers and not many of us actually being rangers heh. Although it will be great fun when the revamp hits and loads of us are all leveling up again together hehe

Can't say I blame you.. I've been tempted many times in the past, but I've had my interest renewed for the most part by running a ranger guild and various things that keep me from getting too burned out. (having an alt account, and playing pilot mostly...) Can't say how long I'll keep the profession, but I'm sure I'll be back when/if the revamp comes about.

Just curious, what's your new template?

Well you have one faithful Ranger here. Good luck and have fun, thats what its all about. I will never give up MRanger untill I have to, to go Jedi. That should take about a year or more so yall are stuck with me

So, my new template ended up being

Master Carbineer

Pistoleer 0-0-0-3

Scout 4-0-4-0

Master Marksman

BH 0-4-4-4

It actually works pretty well, now i just need to find something to whine about.
