Well, not directly.
If you can find some creatures nearby and can incorporate the target macro that many people use, you can target nearby creatures, which puts you into combat. Once you enter combat, your camp disbands.

maybe I should also mention you also lose all xp for that camp.

Really? It was a long time ago, back when I was a scout, when I was aggroed by a swooper and my camp auto-disbanded, but I thought that I got XP for the camp while it lasted. Did it ever give XP?

If you call making him lose all xp for the camp helping, why yes, yes I helped a macroer out.
Of course, there are how many posts on this subject, both here and scout, asking for the non-existant command. Some dolts ask here and on the scout forum, thinking if they ask dad and he says no, maybe mom will say yes. Not like we read the scout forums now is it?
And yes, engaging in combat causes the camp to lose all xp. If you sat there crafting, you got that xp, but camp xp goes "poof". Or at least it did for me last week.

Its been awhile since I was master ranger, but isnt there a small VID touchpad screen thingy in ervery camp... and you can click it and it gives you an option to disband the camp?

I swear when I was grinding Ranger, it didn't matter, because I was actually USING my camps. Those poor baby Jedi need a place in the middle of nowhere to let Doctors and Dancers heal their wounds and boost their courage.

Odd. I have been aggroed a few times in camp and not only has the camp stayed up, but I returned to my seat, crafted some traps and camps, then later disbanded the camp for full XP. I'm using the high-quality camp kit, but had the same results with the multiperson camp. If this is a bug, I like it.

it doesn't instantly disband. You get a certain amount of time in combat. If you can take out your enemy quickly enough, it doesn't disband.
