I got the email for the elections being over but I checked my skills and I have the same amount of xp as before. I don't think our city has updated for this cycle yet, but I've been stuck at the same xp for some time now. Is anyone else getting the correct xp/per week and per elections (3 weeks)??

No xp here either. Not sure what's up but looks like another big bug for Politician.

Make sure you all file tickets (and /bug reports) for these cases so the CSRs can take a look at it and get you your xp. If you could also get me as much of the information as you can about it, I can pass it on as well. Server, city name, coordinates, date/time the election ended, and how many votes you had if you know should be enough information for them to take a look-see into it.

This may sound stupid, but are you getting any votes? (Although you still should get your 750 xp, assuming your are the mayor.) /ponder

Hehe...glad I'm not going crazy there. I'm close to Master Politician so I kinda kew exactly how much xp I had prior to election.

I didn't get any either and it's my first week in my new city. 21 active resident votes (according to the voting terminal last night)*300xp per vote = 6300xp + 750xp weekly ≠750xpI received.

Server - Bloodfin

Planet - Talus

City - New Hope

Location - 3340 x -620

Level - Went from 1 to 2

My experience with the csr's regarding ANYTHING dealing with a bug has been um yeah very generic to say the least. CSR relations with players is unsatisfatory to say the least. I would definitely place csr's ability (or lack of) to deal with LEGITIMATE issues at the top of the current issues list.

I had 33 votes and received all my xp last week. And I got my 750 xp last night when city updated.

With all the server outages and patches going on, I hadn't checked our exact time for maintance this week, but last week wehad our maintance cycleon monday at930p edt. AndI was on allnight last nightand didn't recieve any emails for city payment. I remember we planted our city Hall on a Thursday approx 2ish in the afternoon. When I get home and back in game, i'll report back if any issues.

* Recieved Email and exp, no issues, other than being late.. like 3-4 hours late.*

I don't want to divert this thread but how does everyone feel about our maintance cycle being tied to the "uptime" of the servers. I feel having the city clock set like SF/PVP bases. Thier clock is independent from the uptime of the servers. Would like to keep a consistant time that we can have our city meetings and determine things on a schedule.

no xp here either 25 votes for total of 750 xp got waylayed for not getting the earned xp and im seeming to be ignored by the csr's i have submitted my tix and have asked about it in the launch pad chat lol only for them to tell me i need to submit a tix when i tell them i have they ignore me lol what a wonderful customer service they provide
