Thread: Did not receive xp for this election???
Has everyone here reporting that they didn't get voting xp gotten the "Election Results" e-mail and had the city update go through? That will help determine whether it is an issue with the elections not ending or if it is an issue of the xp not being awarded at the end of the election.
What I need from everyone having this issue is:
- Character Name and Mayor's Name (are you the incumbent mayor?)
- City Location (name and waypoint)
- Server
- When your previous election ended (ideally the time/date stamp of the system e-mail stating the elections were over)
- When your last city update was (the one that should have been the end of the election cycle, also ideally with the time/date stamp of the system e-mail)
- Whether you recieved an e-mail with the city update stating the election was over
- Has the voting been reset for a new election cycle, but xp was not received for the previous cycle?
- Do you currently have a CSR ticket open about this or have you gotten a response from one?

That way I can have all of the relevant information to pass on so we can find the root of the problem. Also, be sure to bug it in-game as well with the same information.

Previouscycle ended: Saturday 3AM(went level 3)
When election ended: it didnt, thats the problem

Has the voting been reset for a new election cycle, but xp was not received for the previous cycle? No , it still says 44votes.
Do you currently have a CSR ticket open about this or have you gotten a response from one? We currently have a ticket open but no answer
Apparently this isn't affecting every city since our elections ended today. The more information we can get about the ones that aren't, the better.
