I am not to sure about that. Only one person was given rights even if it was by accident the oethers were not given rights.

1) no, you can not revoke citizenship
2) they didn't exploit.
You militiaman gave zoning to them. This is an open right with no real restriction. They are able to drop all the houses they want, and /transferst is a valid command in the game.
This is just one of the many reasons that the militia list needs to remain short. It is also why you dont hotbar the commands, but instead mandate to all memebers that the /commands be used. It is much harder to get those confused.
The militiaman received the system message that they had granted %NT zoning rights for 24 hours. They dropped the ball. I dont see a CSR helping much in this case.

Let me explain it in more detail so you see what I am saying.
Player Xgets zoning in the city of utopia. Player Xhas 10 lots. They drop 10 small houses. They then get 10 friends to show up, and /transferst (friend's name here) and do so till all 10 lots are transfered. ThenPlayer Xdrops 10 more houses and repeat with 10 more friends. If player X wanted to get 50 houses in the city of Utopia, he would need 50 houses and 50 friends to declare residence. None of the other friends would be able to drop houses. They are simply the grantee of the house. As it exists, there is no breaking of rules in that example. Is it greifing? Well, that's what youll have to explain to the CSR. I dont see him making them packup tho. This is a very common method of city takeovers that has been around since player cities went live. It is as the CSRs like to say "Working as intended".
Sad thing is...the militia member only had to revoke the zoning rights to stop the whole thing from happening. I would be wondering if the member did it on purpose. Wouldnt be the first time a miltiaman took a bribe. Not that this happened in this case, just that I would be wondering if I were in your shoes.

Funny thing.....if we would have been asked to remove the houses, we might have. We where just accused of taking over.
I believe it was asserted in the related Kettemoor Galaxy post that someone sent a tell that they were going to take over the town.
please stay tuned for the next episode of "as the galaxy turns"

You might have? Sorry but we can't take the chance on a might have. Never the less, I have had great support from your communtiy and what you all did was wrong. Maybe it is legal maybe it's not, it is still wrong on every level. This post was NOT to discuss this. I was asking a question to the politician community.
