Riase taxes on em. if theyre gonna be in your city might as well make em pay for it.

I dont think they are just worried about them being in the city...more that they could take over the city and raise taxes as you suggest here and kick out the original citizens..or worse destroy the city hall. Raising taxes would only provoke them. It would not solve anything.

More specifically, its like the first reponse to the original post says..dont hotbar either command. Use the /command.

In my city, each of my militia members has to agree to a method of granting zoning rights...they must approve of the location for placement according to the city's design, and also must immediately revoke the individual's rights the moment the structure is placed.
Adopting that policy with your militia members would have avoided that problem altogether.
