Thread: I'm Borked! I'm the mayor and when I sent e-mails to citizens nothing happens!

Yup.
It's true. I submitted a CSR and a /bug report. I was told to do a full scan. The problem persists.
Does anyone else have this problem, or heard about it before?
Anyone have any ideas about what is wrong, or how i might go about fixing it?
They keep saying "sorry for the inconvience" but darnit, this is really lame.

And make sure you're not really putting the quotes around the word citizens.
I've seen a person or two actually include the "" thingys, and that breaks it.

Yeah, i send to "citizens" and "Citizens" and "citizen" and "Citizen" and nada.
I can only conclude SOE spelt the word wrong. Like maybe "citizins" or "Citizins" works.

Right, when i'm using the term i just put in citizens in the blank. When talkingabout it, I quote it.

i placed our city 1,5 weeks back now, and i was not able to send citizens mail until we reached rank2, however i did a CSR ticket to this before we reached rank2, and the CSR told me its a known bug since Publish10 and they r working on it (some blabla standard text).
However, i know of some Mayors on our Server not being able to send it since Publish10 with Metropolis and Master Politician Skills, so it seems the CSR was right that it is bugged since Publish10.
For me its also only working when i am within the CityHall, nowhere else, dont know if that was also so before P10

thats really funny i think as im only able to send from inside the hall, and its never working from outside

I was gonna log onto TC and test, but with my luck it's offline O.o I'll try again after I come back from lunch... eek, 3pm, byee 
edit: just tested it on TC using "citizens" at these locations, and they all worked:
city hall
outside
a house I own
cantina I don't own

master politician, original town on naboo eclipse..metropolis status...cant send citizen email...hurry up with fix pweeez-)

I'm not sure whether I've tried to send city mail since Pub 10 but remember that you have to be outside to send it.
I've never been able to send the city mail from inside city hall which makes no sense to me

Well, I win. I can't send e-mail whether I stand in the hall or whether I'm outside.
My city is on Lok.
Maybe if I stand in the middle of Rori somewhere it will work.
