Is there going to be an announcment a day or so before the limit is raised?

If so, where is this announcement going to be placed?

Is there a date already in mind for this hotfix?

Many Thanks.

Is there a static location where these announcements are made? I recall alot of people were upset that they did not know about the 1st round of caps and it was posted somewhere.

Plinka- If there is such a posting made will you link and sticky it please?

Yup try the Dev Tracker and the Test Center's forums. Very helpful for seeing what's up and coming for the game. Also, they're still aiming for mid-December push to live. They want to give everything lots of time for testing, so this one goes as smoothly as the last one. And if you can't wait, make a character on TC and zip around on the vehicles which are really fun just to drive.

I don't know quite how to put this, but i believe the city caps HAVE been raised. On Naboo, on the Ahazi server, there are no less than 26 player cities registered on the map, and that's not including the city I hold a mayorship over. Moreover, I refuse to believe that ours is the only town that has chosen not the register on the map at this time.

Someone set me straight if needs be, but I though that Naboo had a city cap of 10. It certainly doesn't in our galaxy.

Nope. Eclipse Naboo is still full.

Its a server preference conspiracy I say!

Believe me, I try often

For the sake of fun and gamesmanship, can we have a word, Devs?

Ick. What a horrid thought. For what happens to the existing cities on Ahazi's Naboo when the city cap is "raised" to a number that may be slightly lower than the number that obviously already exist?

And I should mention that I HAVE visited a good portion of these cities, for as a Mayor, I need inspiration and alliances. So it's not a mistake. Ahazi's Naboo is speckled and spattered with more player cities than you can count on two hands... and two feet... like I said, at LEAST 27 cities.

Oof.

Yes, Ahazi appears to be the exception.

And as for a when, I think a good educated guess would be not this Wednesday or Thursday, but the following one, since the vehicle tests seem to be going about as well as mounts did, and they seem to like to release patches on those days.

/shudder

I hope that the testing for the other systems are going as well as the tests for vehicles seem to be. But still, it concerns me now that Ahazi seems to have been allowed more cities... unless they grandfather existing cities into the patchthat wouldinclude the newcity cap of [x] cities.

I would hate to wake up one weekday morning to find out our Lv 2 city has crumbled due to an error in counting...

PLINKA! Help!

Actually, I'm hoping they take the Ahazi cities into account and surprise us with a "hey, it worked! So you can all have 30 now!" post.

I'm not exactly holding my breath though.
