Thread: Pub 19 to fix the Med Naboo House issue --
This *was* a real problem because you could (and some did) box players in a group of houses. They were never intended to be used as walls.
The fix is simply a change to the collision area of the house. It doesn't change the footprint in the slightest.
So you can't place new houses next to each other but the old walls are still there and unpassable?

When TC is up long enough for me to confirm, I'll check on if the art was decreased or if just the non-collide zone was added in. You will still be able to place the footprints next to each other, but they will not create a wall.

Me too, neighbor. Riverbend wouldn't look the same if they altered the art to those houses...they make up most of the houses in our city.
It's retroactive.

Player Structures Fixed an issue where players were able to stick naboo medium style 1 house right up against each other any longer.
I know that this is an "undocumented feature" which many of us have taken advantage of. Now it will be fixed. So what will happen? Will all the houses be shifted? Did they alter the size of the footprint? How will my VERY full city be affected? Will people be pushed out of the city limits? I dont care much about the "Defensive" wall which we built around our bases. That is not my greatest concern. But after a year and a half of building a Metro, I am not going to like having a bunch of houses moved. If anyone knows what the "fix" is, would you please pass along the info?

How often did that happen though? An ally guild of ours once built a PvP fort....had a guild hall and 2 big bases inside it with turrets, while the whole compound was surrounded by medium houses. One spot was open to allow for an entrance...it was the coolest PvP battlefield ever.
