There have been a number of cities on Valcyn which have used naboo or generic houses to create similar layouts, always leaving at least one opening. I have never heard of an incident (in the little over 1.5 years I've been on the server) where anyone fully enclosed an area.Also, it has always been possible to get through these walls even in the middle of the "solid" areas. I suppose someone somewhere must have abused this in some way, but it honestly does not appear to me that it was ever a wide-spread probelm.
