New Koreg Report
New Koreg finally got a cantina up and started to get alot more vistors to the city because of it. Next on the agenda is 10 more new recruits so we can hit the next class city. Guild also changed faction from Rebel to Imperial so the FO had to get scrapped.

whew! almost forgot about this. sorry
so I've been taking a break from mayoring, and instead started visiting a few cities (either by the cantina crawl, or by myself), and I've found some very nice cities
so how was your city this week?

My city has been doing great recently. We aquired two new guilds, thanks to the work of one of my citizens Agit. The two new guild <BroKp> and <RDF> have brought my population back into the 80's. There is talk of brining back our city council, events and other things. I also am proud to say that most of our citizens are active.
One quick request Pappi: Any chance we can get a /deanscream emote?

Well started a new city on Naboo couple weeks ago, Name is Arboreal Mist.
Worked our butt off to get enough people to advance to rank 3 only, to get the message that rank 3 was capped
I thought they only limited rank 4 and above until i reread on here
So now my people are jsut waiting for someone else to drop so we can get all the stuff from Class 3 city. Wish they would make it were we can register at lower rank.

Hello, This is my first week as mayor of Zion, Naboo Radiant. I was asked to step into mayor because the longstanding mayor was leaving the game. It took me three city updates to get enough people to register their vote for me, mostly because of school finals and vacations. Zion is comprised mostly of "The Consecrated" guild members but is open to others. We have a council whose members have been very helpful in orientating me and endorsing my candidacy. We are a growing community and have some finance issues I need to deal with, but anyone I've asked directly has said they want taxes... Everyone understands the need. I like my city and all the citizens are very nice and helpful.

Mos Alianza is doing great ..Slowly but surely we are getting requests to put vendors in our main street mall.. we are working hard at making it look really great so that is is a peasent place to shop. (plug) Anyhow..man i gotta tell you that going tax fee was the best thing we could have done for MA we now recieve an average of 200K OVER the needed amount to pay for the city in donations each week. I dont know if its just that people lke to see thier name in city ahll or on the website or what but the response has been fantastic. Our citizen count has pretty much stayed right at 76. I was just informed today that we may be getting a new guild just starting out in our city, This could be good for MA if the leader of that guild is successfull at getting his guild off the ground well enough to hold the guild status. As a mayor I am giving him the oportunity to place his headquarters in MA so that it wil be one less worry for him while he works on getting his new members. MA is hopeing that this will mean more active citizens added to our populus. MA has shaped up to be quite the Tusken Hunting hub of Tatooine.(plug)
Click into our website and see the short tour video one of our citizens made.
Take care fellow mayors!

I love my city and my citizens. They're amazing! I see people in town 90% of the time I am there. Our community is very helpful to eachother, wether it's goods, advice, or whatever. I see roleplaying! One of our members has just about finished our website (he took it upon himself to do this). www.swgfarpoint.com I check out people's bio's and I see mention about Farpoint in there. I'm pretty sure I couldn't be much more proud or happy with my choice to become a mayor and with the group we have today.

Laurus, Corellia (Starsider) Report
More then ever, my city has been extremely busy. We just qualified for Rank IV, but I am waiting on a shuttleport to make sure we can hold that level. There are several inactive player housesin the city, that I hope will disappear soon.
We're all patiently waiting for our cantina to implode, because the person who owns it has been inactive for months. I've a new deed in my inventory and a master dancer ready to place our new cantina down. My event planner has been rapidly organizing a grand opening bash for the middle of July.
My city government is set up and is running rather smoothly, and citizens are almost always moving about the streets. We've always been careful about who we bring into the town, as we want dedicated folks who are friendly and often like to roleplay.
I'm proud to be the founder and mayor of this city. I couldn't have done it without my friends and allies; thank you! Laurus, I Live for Thee!

I'm so happy , after Months being a outpost. Our city (Mos Levity 1500m NE of mos Entha) just became a township. tonight i just spent 4 hrs with out cities architect placing the bank, garage, a few new gardens, and organizing the old stuff around.
Man, I LOVE the looks of Tatoonian structures.
But the one thing i did notice is that the garage tax money goes into the mayors bank account. not the treasury. (was wondering if the same goes for sales tax)
my alt mayor is 2,2,2,4

It has been a real bad week
(
The founder Guild has left the city because they wanted to try something new. The guild has splitted and went off to Dantooine and other planets. Now I am left behind with 12 residents leaving and only 2 days left to keep the shuttle alive
Currently we have 55 citizens, but not all have left yet. I replaced the destroyed cantina and try to get as much new residents as I can.
Drifters Oasis is no more, I changed the name to Farpoint Outpost and plan on creating a poleplay city, since many people fro,m other servers seem to start a new game on Starsider "the roleplay server". A glimmer of hope showed up yesterday, a veteran player from Scylla decided to become a resident and has quite good and well-thoguht plans on getting established. Hopefully more people find their way into my city, so that the work I and many others put in is not going to vanish into thin air.
*breathe hard* Wish me luck !

A mixed week for us- overallvery good. But one of our founding citizens (he actually raised the money for the guild and city halls) had been "flirting too heavily" with the femalecitizens, who asked me to talk to him. He and I are pretty good friends at this time, so I ask him to maybe cool it a little, as he seems to be making some people uncomfortable. I was non-accutaroy, non-judgemental and friendly.
Didn't work though - he left, destroyed his house and stole random objects from every building he had admin on. the thefts were targeted to cause as much bad feeling as possible, and included a weapon display estimated at 100 odd K.
The other citizens have all been very supportive though, and our community is friendly and a good laugh. New people are coming in all the time, and we may even hit the hallowed goal of shuttleport one day. (it's important when you live on the far corner on Lok, as there's only one startport.)
