Yesterday I went to redeed my shuttleport to rotate it 90 degrees, I have done this several times before and know to check to see if it's actually redeeding the correct item. Ok so I follow the instructions and it give me the structure destroyed & deed reclaimed messages. But the shuttleport was still there, just no structure terminal, no ticket vendor, no ticket taker droid, no shuttle (I did when the shuttle was there), and I had the deed also. It was still on the map and you could shuttle to and from it just couldn't buy a ticket. I tried to redeed a couple more times and guess what--it gave me multiple deeds and messed up my inventory also I think (as later I could only go to 55/60).

I bugged it and filed a CSR ticket. I'm currently carrying around two extra duped deeds so I can show them to the CSR guy whenever they get around. I don't think this is going to be a duping problem though because I've been an architect for a long time and I don't ever really need to sell even one shuttleport so not the same danger as krayt fwg5's or the like.

The shuttleport reset itself the next day and more interestingly I got a city email saying your city's size has increased to where you aren't in danger of losing the shuttleport (or something similiar). I'm like hmm, related to citizen such? We have 80 citizens so not sure if we have over 25 that aren't active.

Nope, it happened to me yesterday. It's a common bug. It's talked about in a couple different threads.

whats the resolution to this, server reboot? just had it happen to me. I knew I shouldve redeeded the garden next to it first....

Happened to me tonite as well and I cant place another shuttle in that spot until this one goes away!

The EXACT same thing happened to me yesterday as well... I now have 2 duped deeds in my bank. I'd destroy em, but I have a CST in and want the CSR to look at them or destroy them.

I tried to redeed a garden near the shuttle... this is a persistent bug. I'm just thanking the Force, that I did not try to pull up a garden near my city hall.

This needs attention.

Just to check....... you're sure they're shuttleport deeds correct?

Here is the deal, I had something similar happen to me but because I was standing near our park, bank and cloning facility, I found that I was deeding them instead, the shuttleport was remaining.

Just a thought, but, I'd check the deeds themselves and make sure your parks are intact. Otherwise we might have you here tomorrow screaming something like, "GREAT SOE! Now my city is deleting my parks randomly!"

ahah amusingly enough, this IS a bug. It just happened to us. I dropped the shuttleport and decided I didn't like it on the slope, the droid and the booth vanished but the structure remained. People can fly into our city but can't leave.

Sigh.
