I got a reply on my ticket, and it basically said "We are aware of this, and it is a server-wide issue, and we are working on a resolution." SO basically we're stuck for probably a month till the next publish. Server resets do not fix it, so it will have to be a hotfix at best.

Yeah that's what my amazingily intuitive CSR reply said too.

Our shuttleport started working this morning after the reset. I am just afraid to move it now lol...

I was worried mine would be stuck for a while but it reset with the server. There's no way I'm ever touching it again unless I absolutely have to.

Same thing happened to me. Doing a little re-design of part of the ctiy, re-deeded it and lost the droid/vendor, but the structure remains.

It came back after server reset, so I tried to re-deed again, and it just repeated the bug.

I've asked the CSRs to destroy my shuttle so I can just place it where I want it to be and hopefully they fix this bug sooner than later!

I have had to send a bug report after speaking to the CSR team as they could not fix ive asked for it to just be deleated as i have 2 spare deeds. My problem is that the ticket machine is half buried under sand it can still be used but looks crap.

I have the exact same problem, anybody wanna buy Tatooine shuttleports on Chimaera?

I can deliver as many as you want!

No really, this is a very annoying bug, I've also asked a CSR to delete the building but they just seem to ignore me..

"My problem is that the ticket machine is half buried under sand it can still be used but looks crap."

Ya, I dropped ours on a hillside forgetting that the shuttleport doesn't adapt to the terrain very well... The front of the shuttleport is completely buried, only the upper half of the droid collector is visible...

Sigh. What I think is annoying me even more is that people are getting stuck everytime they fly to our city.

The CSR's have reported that there is nothing they can do about it since they are not able to remove any structures from a city.

Since you are getting a mail about the shuttleport not being in danger of being destroyed, the shuttleport was obviously moved to status "Invalid", instead of being destroyed, when you tried to redeed it.

The invalid status would also cause the droid/terminal to dissappear, this is what happens when the shuttleport is in a city that drops to level 3 (assuming its not outside the radius). The server is probably noticing this on reboot, confirming the city is still level 4 and putting it back to the valid state.

You are right on the money! Thank you. Now hopefully a dev will see this and go 'yeah Ican fix that.'

My problem is exactly the same as decribed above. I've had the same response from the CSR and have made my /bug reports.

Is there any official word on a fix as yet?

Just a vague timescale would be lovely. Iwant tokeep the 'when can you move shuttle?' tells at bay

Unfortunately, the Devs are Invalids, too =) I think we're all going to have to put another $15 into the SOE bankrolls before we can play the game like we're supposed to.. watch!
