Thread: New test center feature
However, I do have news of a new feature on Test Center. Bulk email.
There are two new default email addresses there are:
citizens - A mayor can send email to all of her citizens
guild - An authorized PA member can email all guild members.
Just enter either of those in the address field and the mail goes to all parties.
Finally, a way to contact our constituents!!!

I send my guild weekly updates and i would have to send upto 3 seprate emails at times

Not that I'm American, but in America, they have laws regarding air-time and fairness and equality. We have similar laws in Australia but they are designed to limit the amount of spending.
I'm talking about Democracy, which is apparently what they are trying to simulate.
So yes, there should be fairness in this system otherwise its a dictatorship, and you don't need votes for that.
Ah that is nice. You always could bulk email guild members by typing guild:guildname but it is really nice addition to allow this for citizens and should make a mayors job easier specially when the cities get larger and more diverse in population.

We do? hmm.... Than why is it that the richer you are, the better chance you have of wining? Because you can buy more airtime.

The law is the station giving the air time, can not give one polotician 10 hours, and tell the other guys u get none. Air time is expensive, so most cant afford to pay for that air time. So thats where the richest get the air time.
On another note. IF someone wanted to jrun againstan encumbant, they can goto the city terminal and it lists everyone who is a resident of the city. So they can actually add them to their friend list and mass out as many emails as they wish.
