Let me guess : you terminals are in the northern part of your city

Did you try to set a terminal at the southern peak of your town?

I had this bug afflict my town. Mission terminal in the center of town was capped at CL15. I am CL80 so I was able to check that that was the max.

I placed another one in the NW part of the city and got CL60 as the cap. I removed that one and placed another at the southern end of town and got a CL80 cap. I have not gotten any feedback as to lower level people seeking missions. I have left the CL15 one in place since we have a lot of new players at the moment.

I will try to remember to edit this post later when I am in game and addin the relevant details but for now:

Location: In the NE part of Tatooine, probably about 4.5km north of Mos Taike at a guess. I will get exact coordinates later.

If you think it is screwy now, you should see how it is on the other servers. Since I'm not sure if it is a bug or not, I cannot fully comment.

Just to confirm - since i have not seen any Intrepid folks posting - its happening here too - on tatooine theres only one player city (afaik) that generates lvl 80 missions. nice perk for them - not so good for the rest of us.

Additionally, why cant we just give this as a speciailization to mayors - player cities are their own zone unto themselves for other purposes anyway - why not give the mayor (Set Mission Difficulty Cap) powers?

Hi all I am the proud mayor of Wolves Den, Talus, Bloodfin which is a level 5 city. For the longest time we could only pull level 75 missions. Then after reading this thread I tired the idea of placing terms on the edge of the city and working my way in. I learned that half (the half I surveyed) is level 75 except for a very small spot just north of both my city hall and shuttle port that is level 80. A major thanks for the advice. I know this doesn’t fix the issue but I just might save my town from falling apart. Here is hoping the devs get this fixed soon.

P24 : new issue

ALL terminals appear to give lvl 15 mission max.

They changed something, but the change wasn't the one we were expecting

I've updated this thread with everything that was prior to Publish 24. I'm going to hold off on adding terminals that have only started having issues since Publish 24 until I find out more about it. If it's being caused by something different than what we were experiencing before, it won't help solve the overall issue. Hopefully it's a similar thing, though, and that by fixing the new issue it will fix the old.
