Fishing Piers. Some of the player run towns have lakes and Rivers within their city limits. Would be nice to place a pier that people can go out on and fish from something other then the shoreline.

OH i like lol... i like the idea of heavily stocked city ponds in general
so i can fish up a storm

Fishing is done -along- the shoreline, not out in deep water. That way you can run to your catch and net it.
I'm not saying piers wouldn't be a nice decoration. They would!
It's just that they won't help with fishing the way it's done in game to maximize efficiency.

a car(swoops,speeders that kinda stuff) garage not like where to fix them but a place to store them while in town like when u go to the mall u park ur car in lets say the third level that kinda thang

That is what a snare or gig is for, to bring them up onto the pier.

for the auction house idea, it would be nice if the auctioneer could place items on a podium or podiums from which they could be examined by people in the building.
