Sorry, dude - it must have been removed because the costs were out of date.
Try this site - great info:

The first step is that, if they are being a real nuisance, you /cityban them - this will prevent them entering civic structures and using the Shuttleport.
In the old days, you could also warn them to behave, or becoming attackable by the militia using the /citywarn function, but it has been (temporarily) taken out.
Hope that helps!
#1 can someone other than a myaor grant zoning rights?
#2 ike say a militia member?
#3 or can the mayor delegate the authority to grant zoning rights to someone else?
#4 and if so what are the /commands for it?
#5 also are there any current restrictions on player bases being placed inside city limits?
#6 and i did not quite understand the earlier reply to does a citizen automaticalyl vote for the incumbant mayor if there is no other polotician running..... and if there is anothr and they do not vote does the encumbante automatically get the vote? and what of exp? do the automatic votes give exp too?
How many XP am I supposed toget for each vote. I get 100 xp per vote is that correct? I seem to recall there was supposed to be 200 xp per vote.
Confused.
Itov, here are your answers:
#1 can someone other than a myaor grant zoning rights? Yes
#2 ike say a militia member? Yes, once appointed they can grant zoning rights to others. However, they cannot grant zoning rights to themselves
#3 or can the mayor delegate the authority to grant zoning rights to someone else? No, the mayor cannot do that.
#4 and if so what are the /commands for it?
#5 also are there any current restrictions on player bases being placed inside city limits? I'm not sure what the restrictions are
#6 and i did not quite understand the earlier reply to does a citizen automaticalyl vote for the incumbant mayor if there is no other polotician running..... and if there is anothr and they do not vote does the encumbante automatically get the vote? and what of exp? do the automatic votes give exp too? The incumbant mayor automatically gets xp if the citizens do not vote. If there is another politician running and the citizens do not vote for the opponent, then the incumbant mayor gets the vote. XP is always given when a vote is cast, even if it is an automatic vote.
no not at this stage, nor can you make money from trainers you place, however im given to understand that these are issues that have been raised with the devs.
YES the Mayor CAN grant ZoningRights to other players...it's called the MILITIA
All my MILITIA can grantzoningrights when Im not around.
Someone asked, "Can you run for mayor in multiple towns, and if you win, can you be the mayor of more than one town?"
No.
Some people think the reasoning is: "To run for mayor, you must be a citizen of the town you are running in. And since you can only Delcare Residence in one town, no, you cant run in multiple towns."
But if that were the case, you could win an election in one town, declare residency in another town, win that election, 24 hours later declare residency in a third town, win that election, etc.
The actual reason is that mayors cannot declare residency at all. They are automatically residents of the town they run. The only way they can lose their residency is to lose an election, or destroy their character.
