Did you stop and think that if mayors had the power to remove people from the city in the first place before posting that ?

They wouldn't need to resort to forcing them out using methods like that, which only get them a warning from a CSR anyway...? I read that thread and the guy made no attempt , from what we see , to even contact the mayor about the problem which is the same in all cases that I have read in the past. It's because Mayor's have no power that these kind of situations arise.. If both parties were co-operating then it would never happen.

Common decency and mutual respect, or lack of, is the real problem around here...

I'm confused. Why is everyone so concerned about griefing?? Militia members can be removed now even if not present and if you don't trust the mayor in your city then perhaps you should consider living somewhere else! If you go into another city then you should be aware that you might not be welcome. After all it isn't your city. /Fine <amount><reason> i think is a truly delightful idea. I mean how many people have had to pay exorbitant amounts to loser punks who line the borders of their growing city.They thenare abledisrupt cities until they get bored becausemayors have no real way to combat this. /cityban... please. When has any jerkoff really cared that they were citybanned, now if it moved them to the borders of the city so they couldn't come in AND set an automatic fine that mightbe more effective.

So to me even alliances aren't that effective until /cityban actually does something people don't laugh about.
