As for what I'd post I work hard first on getting some kind of feedback from TH, and getting other correspondents involved. Working with and defining our issues for the GCW revamp is the key issue right now and I've already tried to lend a hand in polishing this up into something easily legible.
I notice that in the "how much taxes to you charge" thread you posted that all of your taxes are zero and your city is supported by donations.
While that is certainly an alternative, it is (in my opinion) not the most desirable one as many of would (based upon my reading of the forum) would like our cities to be more self sufficient.
Far in advance of any "where we fit in the GCW" I would want to see detailed income/revenue reporting. That may be, for me, even more important than "relevancy of politician skills", for without it I have no way of knowing how to tweak the taxes to make it work.
Justone example of where a correspondent will need to see past their own ideology and recognize the mainstream issues.

I will step forward for consideration. I was Mayor in Jaxian Bay, Tempest, and we were the first Player City there. I spent a long time organizing and administering the city. Virtually all of my policies are still in place, and only the layout has taken a hit since I left. I spend plenty of time on the FOrums, and believe myself to be a good communicator. I also played on Test Center for several months, so I am comfortable with that environment. I love to fight for my favorite professions, and Polititcian holds a special place.
