You can place exotic gardens and have a 50 meter larger radius well that and the higher maint cost. Dual spec's where the master skill box however these where removed almost the same month as politician being introduced due to them not working right in internal testing. The could have been used in a rank 3 town if we still had them.

One more question please. When does the property tax get pulled from the houses and put in the cityhall. i think it is once a week, but i am not sure. i keep track of the funds on a daily basis, and i have not seen them steadily growing on a daily basis. I am an acounting and finance major so as a side project for practice i made a spreadsheet. the spread sheet list all classes of houses, pahall, bases, and misc. buildings, and how much each class contribute through taxs. i know i am a dork. but i think that prperty tax only dumps in during the update, right when the mantinece for the city is paid. (sorry i am a horible speller lol :-) So any thoughts that you may have would be greatly apreciated.
on a side note, not sure if this is the corect post to ask this, but i did not see the need to make a whole new post.
