Are there any planes of giving cities an access to the bazaar network, so they can at least shop around in the intergalactic market, or might there even be a safe way of offering items in a player city (with some sort of safty feature of not being able to delete the bazaar and all items in it)

Will the politician get skills that non-mayors can use.

Will there be ingame systems / content that add nececity of inter-city interaction?

Are there planes of raising the caps for decorations like lamps, because 50 is way to little in a metropolis

Are we really getting roads as Plinka stated, and when ? (and please keep in mind that the 50 lamp slots are already to little, so don't restrict roads in simulare ways, please)

Will we ever be able to sit on garden benches and/or place a caped amount of furniture (chairs, tables, crafting stations) to offer simulare capabilities of NPC Cities to our citizens?

Is it as intended that you can only manage Militia if the person is present, making managing in general a tidiouse task.

Can we please get back the command of giving certain citizens or players in general admin status to the city structures so they can decorate / set up vendors / help out?

Are there plans of adding a city chat, and if yes, will it optionaly be public and easily accessable by outsiders (so not namend CityChat50003 but apear under the planet chat folder maybe?)

Are there plans of making a Theater more valuable like healing outside or even letting the owner drop a caped amount of furniture to set up a scene on stage (parallel to letting mayor place furniture in gardens)?

1. Will planetary caps be raised, and if so, to what?

2. Will more thought be put into the Travel Grid, so that shuttleports would be more evenly spaced on any given planet (specifically the starter planets with many NPC shuttleports)?

3. Will Master Politician recieve any benefits to being master?

4. Can "Mayor" be added as a choosable title for elected officials?

5. Barring #4, can there at least be *something* on the list (bureaucrat, diplomat) besides "Novice Politician" that tells "title readers" you're something other that a drone?

6. Will politicans/mayors get "transparency" on buildings so if we need to have something moved/removed, we can contact the owner?

7. Will we see changes to the proposed action on Patch 6?

Can't think of anymore at this point, if I do, will add later...

  1. What is the design intent for player cities? Is the intention to create churn in existing cities under the cap or to increase the caps to allow all cities to thrive to their potential?

  2. Once a city is in stable, working order, what function is there in retaining politician skills, and will additional content/abilities be added in time?

  3. Any ETA on streets?

  4. How problematic would it be to allow landing in player cities from off planet starports? We're able to land at NPC shuttleports, so it seems to make sense...

  5. Would it be possible for a mayor to set a nominal faction leaning for their city (perhaps based on mayor's own faction?) and have the appropriate crackdown occur?

  6. Ewoks: Cute mini-wookiees or bloodchilling menace?

  7. I know the Republic Senate has been disbanded by this time, but the planetary governments should still be in place. Any hope of planetary forums with some effect on the overall planet?

  8. Outside of manufacturing center and R&D center, are any of the city specializations truly worthwhile, especially by comparison with those two?

  9. Bazaar terminals? Possible or pipe dream?

  10. Jawa beer-Not just for Jawas anymore?

--Premise: Policiticans have a higher percentage "roleplayer" and/or a higher interest in creating game content.

1) Can the politician and/or mayor found a weekly "newspaper" and post this newspaper on the bazaar? this would require a bazaar terminal in the player city for folks to pay for ads to go in the "newspaper"...The politician/mayor would be able to write a column in the newspaper also, as well as limited news. Galaxy wide citizens could buy this newspaper....profits go to the city treasury.

2) Can the politician/mayor create missions? This would require being able to input both reward money and waypoints (as example, in a race) into a mission terminal. Could tickets be sold on the bazaar then for this event (like a race, 20 entry tickets available). Other kinds of missions are possible too.

3) Can the mayor "bless" deeds to give them more "terrain forgiveness"? This would be a great skill, which would get stronger as one advances in the Politician Skill.

4) Will there ever be planet wide governmental bodies? A neat perk for being Mayor.

5) Will there ever be any kind of "reward" for the Mayor? Special "mayoral robe" or something while in office for example.

6) Would you make it possible for mayors to find out how many player cities, and what size, there are on our planet? Also, if a city drops in rank, send us an immediate email...

7) Will reaching "master politician" give us an added boost toward opening a jedi slot? (oooh, that would be neat!)

8) Will you give us extra skill points so being a politician doesn't waste 77 points?

9) Could mayors get together and vote for President of the Planet?? Master Politicians only could run for this office. Ability to do taxes for the planet, and ability to place stuff, maybe do terraforming, paving, bridges....large scale govenment works. Make this require actual votes, not the default thing mayors have. Make the President resign his mayorship too. Perhaps the President also could create missions and events,a truly great incentive there.

10) Why the hell would I want to be a mayor and Master Politician???

1. Is Politician content being considered that will provide incentive for us to achieve Master Politician and KEEP Master Politician? How about votes we receive each week after reaching Master? After all the amenities are placed, if we continue winning elections, nothing comes of it but stasis..we don't accrue more xp, and things sort of stagnate.

2. Related to #1 above: Are the Devs considering the ideas the community had regarding giving Politicians some skills in diplomacy, factional mediation, perhaps mediation for our citizens with the authorities regarding some of the proposed Crackdown changes/content? Will we ever be true politicians and diplomats, or simply figureheads and structure-placing mule types for the citizens? How about the ability/facilities to hold political get-togethers (planetary and inter-planetary) and a reason to do so?

3. Will the ability to place Garages and/or Starports be introduced in future?

4. Will new placeable items be introduced in future, especially pavement/sidewalks/streets, bridges, walls? How about hotel gambling amenities for player cantinas? Public announcement boards, signs? Outdoor flora options, such as more potted plants/trees/shrubbery that is placable outside? Decorative fencing?

5. Will the Theater ever have a real purpose other than RP value?

6. Will we be able to use the benches in (expensive to create, expensive to maintain) gardens?

7. Will streetlights provide a useful light source in future? With city decorations capped, such a small light radius from a lamp is not very useful to a large city.

8. Will we ever be able to place Spynet Ops, Factional Recruiters, and/or Bio-Engineer Trainers?

9. Are the various bugs with cities and city structures detailed by the politician community being looked at seriously?

10. What is the state of our top 5 issues?

My question is:

Does TH actually intend to answer these questions, or was he just teasing us?

J/K - don't waste one of our precious questions on that! I do find it amusing that we were in such a hurry to get questions up right away and then nothing happened, lol.

Are malicious city hijackers (those to whom a mayor would deny zoning rights) intended to be able to set a new building down just outside a growing city's radius and grandfather themselves in for a hostile takeover? If so, what's the point of zoning rights, why not just open the free for all to all cities, and not just growing ones?

The double standard is getting annoying.

Any plans to add spynet operatives to cities to make bounty hunter terminals be less pointless?

So I'm assuming we NEVER received a response to our ten questions?

I saw many other professions get a post answering the top 10 questions!
