This very nearly happened to us, nearly all the citizens submitted /bug reports and tickets and CSRs came and interviewed players and made sure the election went ahead as planned.

It is a shame that you have to rebuild because that person went beserk, but its not your fault for this mass-griefing.

SOE doesnt condone that stuff at all, and keep trying until you get some satisfaction, different CSRs have different replies, Im certain with Pappi's assistance you will get something done about it.

This is a sad story. It's too bad you got a CSR that either was misinformed or just didn't care. Just out of curiosity, is this the Camelot City that was on Rori, Bloodfin?

For those who may be unaware, this is a lame-a$$ sig.

This would never have happened if they built some simple features into the game like the following:

1.

When a city structure like a bank, or shuttle port is re-deeded it should appear in the City Hall, when the mayor picks it up and walks 50M out of the town radius it gets removed from their inventory and isput back into the City Hall Inventory. No real damage can be done this way.

2.

When a Mayor leaves the game or just quits being Mayor and vanishes the next mayor running even if they have fewer votes becomes Mayor.

I am the current Mayor of Mos Veros. Mos Veros was the very first Player city on the Kauri Server. The Mayor warned us that she was leaving the game, and did not want to harm the city. So, I ran for Mayor, for 3 weeks everyone who logged on voted for me over her, but not enough people logged on! when she deleted her account I was the only Mayor running - So I would get control right?

WRONG!

The City Hall was deleted with all the terminals.decorations and building including the shuttle becasue the City Hall was deleted by the game cause the Mayor deleted her account. We started over, as City Level 1 status, and even though we have the population and got all the buildings back we can't place a shuttle port becasue the server is at the maximum amount of cities permitted at level 4!

So here is a case where everyone did everything right. no mistakes, and we lost everything! Here we are 3 months after the disaster and the first and oldest player city on the galaxy can't place a shuttle port. What a load of #$@!.
