They can not in their right mind detain someone who is paying to play the game for 3 game hours...

still can be abused and even worse than citywarn... lol at least with citywarn you died and cloned... someone could potentially continually jail someone .... indefinite jail would be worse than death... lol

This idea is cool, but would not fly.

Why not just have an "eject from city" command that boots them to the outskirts of the city with like an "anti-city tef" or some crap so they couldnt enter for like 10 mins.

This would not cause anyone to get attacked or killed, but would getbthem out of the city.
