I'm not sure what you can do now, sadly.

But for my city, I leave at least 5 lots open to place houses for new citizens and if I (or any of my militia) do have to grant the zoning rights to someone, once the structure is place, we revoke the rights.

We've had a few people leave immediatly after their zoning was revoked, most likely due to the fact that they expected to be able to keep it and place for others.

Always revoke after the structure is laid.

Since you have the house walls in your city, CSR's may not be able to help you. I was under the impression that using walls to block off things wasn't exactly "allowed".

eakon not to sound like a complaining a** but did you not yourself on april 20th of this year place 2 medium houses and a pa hall in the courtyard of a town even older than yours??? i will say this as a former member of the guild that did that to you i was outraged at the childishness of the actions they were taking to get the houses out of their city. which was one of the many reasons that i left. my only regret about it now is it seems the only way im going to beable to get rid of mayor of that city is to delete it which im not about to do underalmost any circiumstances.

moral of the story, /grantzoning, watch them place thier house, /grantzoning. NEVER give anyone you dont now 24 hrs of unlimited zoning. i dont condone childish behavior like this planting houses to surround a town, but i got no sympathy for someone that wont accept the responsibility for getting their own town into this situation
