BTW the mayor DOES get a vote (cast by default for himself) as the mayor is a resident. I have confirmed this on a recently created city where we got (citizens number)x100 XP .

Ya i agree with you on that, but i have too much money truth be told. I give alot of it away to helping noobs and such. So even if i finacied the guild for years it rlly wouldn't hurt me
