Closest NPC starport shouldn't be that hard to do, but what about a coding alternative. What if the area on top of the guildhall could be designated as a landing area? Guildhalls could have a starship terminal, and you would have access to your starship from any of your guild's guildhall terminals. In this case, the guild would be defined as a location. If you leave the guild, or it is disolved from lack of membership, before relocating your starships, they are lost (don't forget!). That should be easier to code than a relocation.
