Man, we are getting no love here at all. This is down right sad.

18 hours now and still no update. Plinka is deep into the /citywarn war and cant be bothered with our petty problems. dozens of posts there and I bet she hasnt read this yet.

I believe now that all the "stuck" cities updated after about a 26 hour wait. Post here if you are past 26 hours and still waiting.

Well, with the /citywarn being yanked, I'll pretty much guarentee my PA will simply pull up our faction base and just go elsewhere to run missions. Since the faction base is a HUUUUGE tax income and pays for itself if your PA is cash hunting >AT ALL<. But without the ability to defend it against neutral spies, why bother?

terminal displays 6days x hours till next vote.

I also have been logged in for at least 4 hours afterhaving recievedthe email that i had won the election.

Based on what you are saying, your update is finished and you SHOULD have received your XP by now.

Since your update is finished, thena CSR can help you get your XP if they choose to do so. Submit a ticket (which I am guessing you arleady have) and good luck -- they can take a while to respond.

Mos Krayt on Tatooine, Radiant server is going on 36 hours of waiting for the update to process.

The city update did everything it needed except grant the mayor, that's me, any experience to gain the skill Fiscal II to place our shuttleport.

The response from customer service was a very typical "you will have to wait 24 hours". Now at the 36 hour mark, customer service has simply chosen to ignore our plea to have the situation resolved.

The most frustrating thing is that 2 neighboring cities within 1500m of us experienced identical problems. They were assisted by CSR within a few hours of reporting their errors. We have been placed at a significant disadvantage as the cities in our area compete for vendor sales, player recruitment and shuttleport usage on a daily basis. I doubt that CS concerns themselves with this last point.
