Thread: Cities not updating on Chilastra
Many Player Cities have been waiting nine hours or more to update on Chilastra. Several of us have submitted CSR tickets, and as far as I know none of us has received a response. Could we get some dev comment, please? There are a lot of agitated mayors and citizens on Chilastra right now. It's especially vexing when about half one's planet has shuttleports, and the other half does not.
Also, I don't know that it has been noticed by any dev OR even our own correspondant here -- I think the darn citywarn is taking up her attention.
Anyway, I also have a thread on SWG Discussion -- get your citzens to post there, here and hopefully we can get someone to notice something is seriously going wrong.

Yes. Some dev please look into this as my city and a handful of others on Chilastra are "stuck" in error update mode for hours and hours. Please at least give some type of feedback on any server issues or eta's or just basically anything so we can properly inform our citizens.
TY
Whether it has happened or not, the length of time is worrisome.
It is happening VERY slowly.
I noticed this morning, that the city actually expanded on its eastern border. Then at lunch I noticed it had expaned on the northern border.
About 30 minutes ago, citizens started getting charged thier income tax.
However, it is still not done.
Wow. Vesania, Corellia here. We had no issues at all with the update. And we are south of 0,0.
Sorry for everyone else though ![]()

Actually, after talking to some folks in town, I don't think the income tax emails are related to the city event. I think they are related to when a person becomes a citizen.
Which means, that TB is still in a "stuck" state -- and I think it will probably stay that way until someone looks at it.
It would be nice if our corresponded responded to ONE of these thread to at least acknowlege she is aware of the issue and brining it up to the devs before the weekend starts.
