Hmm. Maybe it is a Mayor bug? This was the first time it happened to me, but my internet has been down a lot lately so one of our city militia has been handling all the new citizens the past couple of weeks. He's never mentioned any transfer problems. But I am unsure any of those involved a citizen who was also trying to add an alt or other players to their admin list.

My internet has been mostly down again since I posted originally, and the people I need to help me test this are very busy scouring every inch of Kashyyyk. Heh, they don't want to come home to play musical houses.

I'm not sure what variations to test to narrow down what the bugmight beexactly? We are a Tatooine city so we can't test Naboo/Corellia houses. I will test Mayor, Militia and Citizen placing, transfers and adding to admin list with small Tats and Gens.

Had the same problem on two characters, also the other painful way to get the admin list working again is to redeed and place the structure again

Damnations now I wish I came to this board more often. I was having this problem today morning when I added someone to the admin list but she couldnt drop stuff (my house was placed by mayor and /transferred to me). Redeeding is totally out of the question as I JUST finished decorting my house and it was a pin in ar*e and Im not abt to do it over. *sigh*

I am getting this in my ships and all my houses now.

any feedback from CSR's yet? I am still waiting but just curious if anyone has heard from them.

Has anyone found a workaround for this other then having the person on the list before transfer?

The only workaround is the add to admin prior to transfer right now. They do know about this and are working on it. There are some serious issues in the admin system, apparently. Both the house admin and the POB admin issues are related.
