I wish that i could find the thread for you but it in it was posted from a higher authority .. that the report was bugged.. basically said that if it had a deed and was not player owned that was a civic structure.. trainers and terminals are obvious.. and others streetlamps statues and fountains were decorations..

this thread was several weeks back.. if you look.. near the time the announcement of the idea of fining for over the limit...

Was there ever an answer to this? I know with Christmas coming up *last bump* the Devs might have been on vacation already... now this is a whole New Year.. I'd love to see some solutions to the questions in this thread as Politician is one of the few things that interests me enough to keep paying the $15 a month.

Hopefully, we'll hear something after the 5th. I vaugely recall seeing something saying they were on vacation until the 5th or so.. mebbe that was the CSR's tho, not Devs /shrug
