If you are the city mayor (I think only the mayor has any CS standing on this issue, not the citizens) and your city has been hit with multiple updates in a given week, please make sure to issue a CSR ticket, state your city name, location, planet, amount lost from treasury due to the bug, and then make sure that your CSR response includes a refund to your city treasury. I have read some responses of inconsistant responses to this bug, but as long as the CSRs are able to confirm the multiple update, they should make a desposit to your city treasury to cover the maintenance loss.
