im gonna withdraw my previous post......you guys are right, and i was really tired and cranky at the time......
ive been to a few cities since the nerf and there are holes.....and the holes look very bad......this should get changed.

Don't you think that this issue warrants it's own stickied thread, making it more visible? It's buried at the bottom of a list that's linked in the stickies. The voices, opinions, and recommendations of the concerned mayors and citizenscould thenbe consolodated and streamlined into one thread, avoiding the cluttering of so many posts on the same topic.

What exactly would be the point of a discussion thread about the footprint change in the stickies? We all know what the problem is and reasonable suggestions have already been made. There's notmuch left to discuss other than the continued unhappiness with the issue which solves nothing.
As far as it's location in the Issues/Wish List thread, I think there have been 2 people who have listed it as part of their top 5 issues. While I realize that many more people have expressed concerns over the change in numerous other threads, it's nearly impossible for me to record "votes" from every single post (and not end up with a zillionty duplicates) and thread that comes through here. That list is organized by the number of responses in *that* thread, and everyone is welcome to list their priorities in that focused thread.

You asked earlier if we really needed another thread on this subject. I made a suggestion in attempts to help keep it in one thread. Maybe it would make it more visible for the devs to see? Just trying to help ya out.

The question was sarcastic. 
There have been tons of threads almost exactly like this one, but no one ever wants to put it in the Issues/Wishlist.

You would be doing a grave diservice to those here on the poli boards to only count 2 votes on this issue because most posted in other threads and not in the one top5 thread. You know it is a top5 just by what you are seeing across the boards, and its not going to die off, more and more people see it each day as they get around to moving, and it is only going to get worse with the house packup feature as more people start moving around only to find they are sol.
This isn't a townhall meeting. Please don't telling us that because we didn't file a form right that our opinion doesn't matter or won't be counted. Take the hundreds on the door steps that are mad as a sign that you might want to go ahead and listen...even if they didn't call the meeting and submit their problem in proper form, typed on legal paper.

This is not an issue that affects all Politicians. I have still given it plenty of attention over in the correspondent forums, though, because it is an important issue to many and will continue to do so.
As far as the Issues/Wish List goes, I have given it extra weight considering all of the posts on it. I'm not playing "town hall" as it was so bluntly put. The fact stands, though, that it would be *very* helpful for me to give it the most accurate weight if those who are concerned about this issue would post there.
It's hardly necessary to sticky threads on a subject that hasn't left the front page of the forum and has nothing left to actually discuss. Venting, while helpful, is not a discussion.
