Stop whining, there was no way for them to know youw ere 'only entertainers' accept the fact and stop bitching, try and see these from their point of view.

No way to know...except the fact they were unarmed... wearing hawtpants... going to the cantina... and, oh yeah, the little ability to /examine and see that most didn't have a single profession mastery badge.
But why bother when it's much easier to ban. After all, those hawtpants really are scary...

You can always tell the people who make comments about a post without actually reading the post, Pappi . . . . 
Look, LFD has every right to its own city policies. What it doesn't have a right to is utter rudeness in the face of facts. Despite the fact that SoylentGreen's paranoia was unfounded, neither he or anyone else from LFD has come forward tomade any appologies for banning innocent visitors to their city. Instead we get nasty posts from some members who weren't even at the cantina.
And to the player who claims to know the minds of all the important citizens of Bria . . . that's some amazing talent - I'm impressed! We advertiseeach and everyCantina Crawl on the Events thread. Therefore there is no reason for anyone who is anybody to NOT know about it.

Oh no! I am unarmed wearing only hotpants!!! I MUST BE A NOOB!... you, my friend, are one of the most ignorant peopel that I know. How you are a correspondant is beyond me. You made this post to get a whole **edit**load of pity from peopel just because thigns didn't go the way you wanted them to. Attention Whore to the core. You amde this post without possibly considering the point of view of the people who banne dyou. MAny poeple have spies and alt accounts they can make a new character from and say 'Hey! I am Just a Noob!' where in fact, they can be scouting for someone else to see defences and whatnot. You, should consider the point of view of LFD. Go crawl back up your tree of self-pity and leave this matter alone. They did th ebest thing they coudl have done, and you think they are goingt o respond to flames of ignorance from peopel who got banned from a cantina without knowing why? Maybe yous houdl apologize to them, you you may get one back. Malcar is the LFD guild leaders name, he's a good guy.

well, the funny thing being the person actually admitting to me that the bases were "hot", so if I was a spy and lied about my corr status, it would've been a big mistake on his part.
again, I left out the names for a reason. the militia member did nothing wrong within game mechanics, but I was expecting better resolution afterwards (ie. no insults being thrown around) guess I'm expecting too much courtesy

Double-edged sword, your peopel were flaming right at the LFD members as well. Please do not feel like you are the 'We did nothing wrong, pity me, hate LFD!!!!!!!111!!!oneone'. Perhaps the reason why you didn't get unbanned was the rudeness thrown back?

Next time on Bria, maybe visit Fort Moti on Lok. Us troopers there would be happy to have some entertainment.
altho..our officers may start sweating when they see 50+ entertainers jump off the shuttle....But us low level stormtroopers?..We would fight for the front row seats.

Actually... to my knowledge (and I was there)... vortexala was not even there (but is still welcome to defend those of us who were) and furthermore... I have not seen any flames at all in this thread coming from the people that were there... /shrug

I was not banned (guess I walked fast enough), and the above was not meant to point fingers at anyone (hence leaving the name out, as I mentioned before). I only posted personal observations I made during the event and on the forums, and it has nothing to do with the other entertainers besides watching the reactions they received.
it's also a reaction to politicians complaining about the removal of /citywarn. you might feel one way, but I also have my opinions... and it's the first occurance of /cityban use I've encountered that doesn't involve some sort of reasoning before or afterwards.
I'll go give Texxie some cheesecake, he'll feel better afterwards
