Here aretwo questionsI haven't been able to find an answer to:

I want to place a city near Kaadara, in fact on its "building allowed" border. Is there a minimum distance you have to build away from an existing non-player city?

Also, are all houses that already exist within the newly placed city hall radius automatically considered part of the city if their owner has declared residency?

I have a question about placing a garden that I cannot find a direct answer to, forgive me if this is the wrong place and direct me to the correct one.

My question is what are all the requirements for placing a dantooine meditation garden? I know the mayor must have the last skill box in the tree for city customization, but is there a size the city has to be first? At the moment, we are a Rank 2 City (Village on Dantooine) and will be Rank 3 next week...We're unable to tell if we need Rank 3 or something higher than that as we're unable to determine what size the garden is classed as (I'm guessing large) or does it go by the fact that it's an exotic garden vs. a large. I have searched the best of my abilityand have not found a straight answer. If anyone can answer this, it would be greatly appreciated. I thank you in advance for your time!
