Thread: No XP Given. Their Records Say It Was...
Well, I did get on at lunch for just a sec and checked their notes. They said they tried to contact me, but I wasn't on and if I could give them my 'playing schedule' that they would try to get ahold of me then.
Hmmm... Sounds like I'm on the clock now. I wonder what will happen if I can in sick??? lol
I just hope something good comes out of this.
the mayor of our city had the same problem and is currently fighting to get something done. they claim he got his xp... but he did not.
maybe this will ease the pain a little.

Quick Update: They sent me another e-mail saying they were not able to contact me while I was online. Hmmm, I clearly labeled the times I am normally on as they asked and actually was on at those times. Now they're asking for my character name (I thought that would be reported with the support request automatically - guess not), the city I'm located in (I thought I put that in the original support request - guess not) and a few other questions that would have easily been answered if they took the time to read my problem that was reported.
Question for their Support Handling... Why not make it so that if a CSR needs someone to be online they can turn on an alert for when this person goes online. That waya CSR can get to them as quickly as possible. That would NOT be a hard thing to do.
Well, I'm sure it's a little more detailed than that since friends lists don't span multiple galaxies, but there is one login process, so it'd be very easy to track when someone's about to go in the game. I would hope they have a way of tracking exactly where I'm at without me having to tell them.

THIS IS THE WORST CASE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT I CAN IMAGINE AND LET THEM KNOW THROUGH THE TICKET. I'VE LAID OUT MY SKILLS - 2-2-1-1. I'VE LAID OUT HOW MUCH XP I HAVE REMAINING - 8700 (6300 JUST FROM LAST ELECTION ALONE).
SINCE THEY CAN OBVIOUSLY SEE HOW MUCH XP WAS GIVEN, AND ALSO SEE WHAT I'VE TRAINED IN, I SIMPLY ASKED THEM TO LOOK TO SEE WHAT I SHOULD HAVE AND COMPARE IT TO WHAT I DO HAVE. BUT NO.... WHAT DOES THIS DOLT BASE THE CLAIM OFF OF? WHETHER OR NOT I'VE TRAINED SINCE THE TIME I FILLED OUT A TICKET
