- Corrected chart on Guild tab.
- Corrected the formula on the structures tab showing number of structures in use (thanks T'lara for pointing this out!)
- Changed the way the structure count works to fix open office compatibility issue when dealing with wildcard *

- Corrected some formula ranges on the citizens tab
- Re-entered 1 in the city costs tab so the city hall is picked up as a structure in the count
v1.0.7 - 27-Feb-2005 Added garden drop down lists, dependent upon planetary selection
- Added mission terminal drop down list
- Added trainer drop down list (note that Starship trainers are still not available)
- Corrected formula total range on Decorations sheet for streetlamps.
- Added guild tab and modified the citizens tab so each can have their guild status against them
- Added city withdrawals tab as requested by Marlon Craccholio of Corbantis
- Added option to indicate if the city has provided the home
- Received 2 reports that shuttleport reduced to 25k. I have verified that this is incorrect, the cost remains at 75k. Anyone having trouble balancing the budget, it is not due to this.
- Added declared number of citizens to the citizens tab
- Unprotected the declared residence column on citizens tab and added warning

This is a well done spreadsheet but without all of the required information being available to us what can you really get from it?
Unless I'm missing something we have no way of telling how much money comes in and no idea of from which catagory it comes from. It seems to me that without being able to look at income the ability to examine expenses doesn't do anything for you.

There are some numbers than can be estimated. For example, a random sampling of shuttle traffic over an hour can be used to estimate average shuttle visits per week. Vendors can report sales to help you calculate an average sale count for the week. The shuttle rule works for Garages as well. It's not going to be right on the nose by any means, but it is an excellent forecasting tool.
