If a Mayor is voted in with less experience than the incumbant, does the city lose its civic structures (Cantina, Hospital, Mission Terms, etc)?

No, the town keeps all it's structures. The higher levels of Politician is to place these structures nothing to do with actually keeping them there.

From what we have been told, no the city does not lose anything already placed. The new mayor cannot place anything they do not have a trained skill for, but once something is there.. its there.

We are about to try this in our city. I'm taking a vacation from being Mayor and turning the job over to the other person who has shared this job with me from the start. He has no political XP so we are nervous lol. My only thought is with all the bugs in the game.. how do we know this wont be bugged and we wake up on friday to find we have NO city at all

I am going to replace our current city mayor when he reaches master politician so he can have his life back.

I was wondering and searched the boards. If I were to win the next vote. I wouldn't have any of the tree done.

What happens to the shuttle ports and such? Do they blow up?

and even if your city does go back a level, you still have a week to get back up to the level required for that structure (eg, have to be level 4 to have a shuttleport, sink to level 3 the shuttleport will stay there, but you as mayor will get an e-mail telling you that you ahve till the next update to get the numbers up again).

you only need the skill boxes to place structures... once they are down they are down. just dont lift a structure to move it until you have the right box to place it again.

if someone was to do that is the old mayor able to quit poli?

yes. only the current mayor needs to have any political boxes trained.

No, you will just inherit teh fruits of his labor and take over as mayor. As long as you maintain the current city size in citizens, you should be fine. No structures wil blow up unless you drop a rank, like from 4 to 3, then your shuttle goes bye bye..and stuff like that.

that is not something i have come accross... you will want to ask someone at seo that question.. try the chat button on the games launch pad. there are a few chans listed, go through them all till you find a chan with someone which a CSR tag.

What happens if the old mayor was banned from the game, and the new mayor cannot get enough votes (we had 100 citizens and only 4 days tos end the word out)? Does the city hall dissapears? When he was banned, his named was removed from the voting terminal, but as soon as I placed myself for running, his name re-appeared as incumbent, with all the votes going to him automatically. What happens if I don't get enough votes?
