Look, if you don't want to be constructive, just don't post. It's really that easy. If you'd rather me not tell you guys anything at all until it is fixed I can certainly do that.
I agree that what was said was harsh, however, the problem is that the issue is not being addressed and there is no time line of when it might be.
Please understand there are a lot of frustrated people out there. This problem existed BEFORE CU brought us new and more interesting bugs, and is still not resolved.
I appreciate you giving updates. However, I wish this problem was fixed so that we wouldn't have to be told, once again, that there is no set time for a fix. (I'm sure you wish that too just now. ) ![]()

Rothin, I apologize for coming across so harsh. And I don't mean to direct any negative comments towards you. I am completely frustrated with the lack of attention this guild 'bug' is getting from the developers. (Knowing about it is not giving itattention...spending the time to fix it is...)
I'm not frustrated with Correspondents, CSRs, or even Devs... They've been put in a tough spot. I'm frustrated with the Upper Management that steers SOE. They push for updates instead of fixing what's broke. This problem has been around for over a month and there hasn't been any ETAor updates. The only information that we've received from anyone is that the Devs know about it, and are working to fix the problem. So, they've know about it for over a month, and haven't fixed it for over a month. They can't put enough time into fixing it right away because they're working on releasing new updates and expansions.
I don't view this as a negative post. This is the same message that the CSRs and Correspondents have been relaying, only without the spin. This post is to help ensure that SOE knows how unhappy I am about all the Eternal Bugs that go on month after month without fixes. As a customer, I want SOE to fix what's broke first. That's all.
PS - I can't make this sound any happier.
