Thread: Group status, distance, and direction arrows Any Info?? :UPDATED:

Hello,
I and several of my guildies have our group health, distance , and direction arrows cut off.
Some can see the whole bar, and others cannot.
Tried to resize bars but no option on the screen.
Is this a known bug or am I and some of my Guild-mates clueless in new group options??
A bit difficult to reduce chance of Vis with Paddys in our group.
Bugged in game and in forums.
Any help will be greatly appriciated.
UPDATE:
Looks like they fixxed it with Saturdays server reset!!

The resizing thing is a bug as far as I know. As for the distance, arrows, etc.. in the group windows that's something we'd all like to see brought back. It just makes it easier on everyone. I know several of the Correspondents have asked for it but no word on whether it will be brought back or not, but I'll bring it up again.

Sorry forgot to mention,
One guy in my group said that he can see the arrows and distance. He may have been leader at the time. I'll check later tonight and update if it only affects leaders and not the rest of the group. He claims its cause he is One wit teH FoRcE.

I can still see the distance and direction arrows with groupmates' health bars. My husband however, cannot as his bars have been shortened. I've heard other people say that sometime they can and sometime they can't, so it sounds like it's a bug.

Verified,
It Doesn't matter if you are leader or not, they are cut off/shortened either way.
and SWG and McAfee DO NOT mix well..........

I have the group arrows showing up on my laptop, but the same char doesn't have the group arrows on my workstation. The group arrows are vital for people in the medical professions. Is this bug going to be fixed soon?

Make sure you post about it in the bug threads on the "In Live" forum so they know about it. Then also /bug it in game and it'll get put into the bug report to get fixed. They don't give ETAs on bugs or patches.

I have no problem seeing the arrows and distances, however if someone goes more than about 150m away from you, they stop updating and become greyed out, so they're kind of pointless.

It's not a leader thing because I tried that and I still got no arrows( bars cut off) and yet my friend has arrows etc...

What about a screen resolution thing? I'm playing with 1280x1024 and can see the arrows fine.

I have the same screen resolution and my group tags are cut off.
This really needs to be fixed asap.

It's not the computer or any of it's settings..... I have the arrows and distances with one character but when i switch to another character they're cut off. Doesn't matter what i do or how i do it, the same alt is always the one with the info cut off and the other always has it

Be nice if the bug report was updated, this and other bugsdon't fall into any categories.
