The bug thread isn't for anything specific, its for any and all bugs. And I do agree that the ingame list needs to be updated badly. A lot of new categories need to be added for it to be effective.

I had the same thing happen to me and found that all you have to do is rename your uis.file in your profiles for that galaxy. I just did a search for uis.file and found the galaxy that it was happening on, right-clicked it,renamed it and all is well again. I did have to redo my f1-f12 keys though.

The arrows seem to be from the toon's perspective for me, is there an option to change this to the camera perspective? Its very confusing.

Its a bug with the UI, one way to fix it is to go into your SWG foler on your hard drive, profiles, your account name, and delete that folder. Make sure to make a back up, but what this does is it will reset ALL in game settings to the default locations and sizes and it will fix the arrow / distance bugs. I had to do this on my characters and it fixed them.
