Disclaimer: The devs have not asked me to assemble this information. I'm doing it on my own initiative, so I can't guarantee that any of it will ever be acted upon. I will however, email it to Thunderheart once it is compiled. Here is my plan for how it will work...

Draft 1: This post will be stickied for about one week. This is for collecting all possible feature requests. I will be doing my best to post every feature you all have requested here, however there are some I may have missed or others that have not been posted yet. Please reply to this post with any feature requests I may have missed.

Draft 2: After we are done with Draft 1 I will make a NEW post. I will repost the entire list of feature requests, and let you each choose your Top 10. I will use a point system to assign points to each feature request and compile the Final Draft. Your top issue will receive 10 points, your bottom issue will receive one.

Final Draft: I will take any issue that has received at least one point and put them in a list, with the most important issue on top. This is the list I will send to Thunderheart. The only thing this order will do is tell the Developers what we want the most. Some of the items may be down farther on the list, but are easier things to fix coding-wise, so they might happen before things we want the most. None of them may happen at all. I have absolutely no control over this. I just thought it would be helpful to consolidate everything in one place.

DRAFT ONE BEGINS
(in semi-random order)

Raise PA Hall Storage Limit
Lower / Equalize PA Hall Lot Requirement
Allow a Greater Variety of PA Buildings
Revamp Guildwar to make it more customizeable and less exploitable
Revamp the Guild Terminal Interface (includes permissions, ranks, and guild member list sorting options)
Give us an automatic Persistant Guild Member list that includes who is online in the CTRL+P menu
Guild Comm Broadcast of the Day (MOTD)
Guildchat Stability (is this still an issue??? It has seemed much improved for me)
Guild Vaults and Banks with separate permissions
Separate Permissions for PA Hall Basement Access
Add Guildchat to Spacial tab by default
Add the permission to give Guild Members the option to hide their PA abbreviation tag
Relax the name filters for PA Names and Titles
Allow Sponsored members to hear but not speak on Guildchat
Officer Chat Channel and Permissions setting
Guild Alliances
Allow a greater number of commands to be executed away from the Guild Terminal
Allow items placed on the roofs of PA Halls
Increase Guildchat stability (there are reports that this has been working rather well lately)
Have the system record the "last online" time of all PA members on the Guild Terminal.
Have the system record the current faction, covert/overt status, and rank of all PA members on the Guild Terminal.
Give largely factional PAs (see above) the option to place their faction flag on their PA Hall
Allow the Guild:XXX tag for chat rooms and admin lists and entry lists on buildings with an entry fee
Add a mappable shortcut key for guildchat
Implement Guild Badges
Guild-only Vendors (whether implemented through allowing vendors in private structures or other means)
Implement an automated guild dues option that can be set from the Guild Terminal
Implement a PA Lot Sharing system where members can donate or withdraw lots
Add a player's PA Title to their Examine window

If you want to add something to this list NOW is the time! Please reply to add anything to the list or agree that this is a complete list.

List looks excellant to me Jas, I see all of my ideas in there and a lot of other peoples as well. You're doing a fine job and keep it up! Can't wait for next draft to start my voting.

One more feature that isn't on there is Co-Leadership, for council type structures. Allowing the changing of permissions etc like a normal leader does now.

The ability to hide your PA tag would be useful

Give us an automatic Persistant Guild Member list that includes who is online in the CTRL+P menu

For a quick way to see who is online, right click guildchat, join channel and find guildchat and it will list who is on guildchat channel-in short, guildies who are online.

I think you did a good job on the list... If i was going to add something it would be a guild message board...

Only thing i would like to see added to this list is the ability for PA commanders to Recruit from anywhere. instead of having to make multiple planet hops back to a PA hall terminal.

Bunch of great ideas. Some of these are easy to fix (such as lot usage and storage limit), but the Devs may ignore that is an "imbalancing" feature. Not sure why, I sure as heck can't see why as PA Leader i'm forced to be a combat profession and not be able to help my guild mates in placing harvesters. Sheesh, even six lots would be reasonable. Then you can have a factory, a power plant, and a harvester of some kind. On the other hand some of these would require a MAJOR overhaul in programming, and we all know how excited they will be to undertake that task, what with the development team already working on the new combat system.

Anyway, excellent work. Right now I don't even find much reason to keep my guild going since I can just macro-create a chat channel on login for all my friends and we can just communicate that way. Setup a small house somewhere for communal storage and we're set, freeing me up to use more lots. Some of these new features would make it much more desireable to keep a guild going.

How about a guild resource "bank"? This could be a centralized location (perhaps a terminal) in the PA Hall where mass amounts of resource containers (perhaps not regularitems) could be stored for community use without eating up guild hall storage. I know this type of communal sharing makes crafting much easier for guild members, as my guild currently has a setup like this using a private house, but it would be nice to see something a bit more streamlined than a bunch of backpaks hung on a wall.

How about giving Officers admin priviledges to admin the Guildchat channel? Mainly to allow them to invite non-members to the channel if they wish to. There have been many a time when we have wanted to do this in the past, as it's much easier than creating a new private channel then inviting others into it.

Here is one that I have mentioned before, and have been supported on. In a PA that supports the GCW, going into PvP means you lose the first handful of times. Doing it as an organized group requires training and practice. Currently there are the PvE battlefields (that are disabled) but that does not help in PvP. There are the PvP battlefields (are they disabled too?) but then you are fighting the opposite faction that doesn't care if you are trying to learn better ways to fight.

I have tried having everyone in group 1 duel everyone in group 2, but that only works for a short period of time. It would be nice if they added some non-factional PvP where you have two bases which each group tries to take over the other. This would allow PAs to have practice events to improve there PvP skills.

Graphic/Color insignias that PA's can adopt as their symbol (a la DAOC). These logos could be put on the PA Hall flags and as other decorative items. It would be unwise to allow guilds to 'upload' their own symbols, therefore the graphics must be chosenfrom a large set of preset logos and color combinations created by the SWG devs.

Excellent list, covers most of the issues I have with the PA system. I think I read somewhere ( don't thik I saw reference in your list ) to the idea of a terminal which a PA Leader (or person with certain PA privalidges) can create in the same way as a Mayor does a Mission terminal. This terminal allows a PA to do away with the Hall and use lesser premises with ease.

Have to add my voice to the lot issue. 9 lot's is totally crazy as it doesn't even allow the PA Leader a home of his own. IMO the initial (or only should the initial get removed ) PA Hall should even be 'free' although a player can only place one. Further ones should be 6 lots ( or less if the same - 1 per person limit - is enforced, however given their size 6 should stop them being used as large houses).

I'd also like to see variety in design choice although of higher priority should be a tweak to the Generic/Corriella design. My suggestion would be to chop the roof in half with the back end being used to add extra rooms as this design doesn't have anything like the space of the Tattoine design. The front wall (where the remaining roof space is) should then be tweaked to allow a view out in the same way as most roof areas in other houses.

I have noticed a HUGE problem with my Generic Guild hall. Although it has not been tested as of late, but, when I get more than 3 or 4 people on the roof, they all dissappear. I would also like to suggest being able to put furniture on the top of the Generic, Naboo, and Corellian halls.
