Thread: Strange Guild Terminal Bug

Two guildies of mine, Sneaky and Glyn came unguilded due to the bug. Sneaky was the first reported one for TYR, but he was unable to get back to the PA hall before he went on an IRL vacation for a bit, so he was left un-re-guilded for a while. Glyn came unguilded before, was re-added (Got the "species" bug) and then was unguilded again.
Sneaky was able to walk right into the guildhall, which is private except for guild:tyr and a couple people on admin. He had no tag or guildchat, and /guildstatus showed him to be unguilded, before he walked right on in.
Glyn got reguilded (for the second time) the same night Sneaky did. He, again, had no guildchat or tag, and /guildstatus showed him unguilded. He was unable to enter the guildhall until his guilding was complete. The first time he was reguilded, he had the "species" bug, and promptly came unguilded again the next day.
Adding names back to the earlier history...
Machalas was our fellow who came back to the game after a long break. He got into the guild his first night back, and was dropped by the bug the next day. When he came back to be re-guilded, he walked right into the guildhall, and when he came inside, his tag and guildchat were back, without me having to re-sponsor him.
He was dropped *again* the next day, and had to be sponsored to rejoin the guild. This time he was unable to enter the guildhall.
I did not check /guildstatus on Machalas... this was before I knew the command existed.
Glyn came unguilded (the first time) around the same time Machalas did (the first time), which was right after Sneaky did.

Im the guild leader and can still access the terminal, seem to be untouched by it thus far.

Yesterday my guild was hit by this bug. Three members I know of have been effected by it.
The first member happened some time ago maybe like three weeks ago now. He was randomly droped. Though I had no problems adding him back into the guild, and he has had no other problems sense.
The second member was deguilded yesterday. I reinvited him and he appeared as species.I tried to decline species afew times but species remained on the sponcered list. Even after I accepted species it was still on the sponcered list. Accepting species returned his guildchat and tag. Though today when he logged in he was deguilded again.I dont know what he was doing prior to being deguilded, though I know none of his permissions on the guild terminal have been touched sense he became a member back in eairly 04.
The third member is myself. I just finished a bounty hunter mission and tried to talk in guildchat when it came up with channel unavaiable. I think did a /guildstatus on myself, person isnt in a guild. Targeted myself and my guildtag was gone. I know my guild permissions havent been monkey'd with because we have had no need to adjust my permissions in a long time. After finding out I was deguilded I submitted a ticket, and now Im posting what I know here.
I hope this gets figured out quick.
